Services may be claimed through your private health fund with our on-site HICAPS terminal. For further information please check the Frequently Asked Questions
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. A fee of $50 will apply with less than 24 hours notice provided. Non-attendance (no-show) will incur full fee payment of the booking.
New Patients
1️⃣ This is the first appointment for new patients. This consultation is ONLINE via Zoom.

This appointment includes:

✅ Essential examination/testing/measuring
This appointment is NOT for:🛑 Complex, sensitive cases that need a longer appointment
🛑 Treatment across multiple body regions
🛑 New problems that we haven’t examined yet
This appointment is for:
✅ Treatment of complex cases
✅ Treatment across multiple body regions
✅ When we haven’t seen you for several weeks or months
✅ Re-examination of a known problem🛑 We recommend a “New Problem” appointment to address a new body region with comprehensive examination & initial treatment
