Persistent Pain Can Feel Like a Puzzle.
Every persistent pain story is different.
Before deciding what to examine or how best to help, we believe it’s important to first understand your story — what you’ve experienced, what you’ve tried, and how your symptoms have developed over time.
Your assessment takes place in two steps. Step 1 is a dedicated online consultation where we take the time to listen, review any previous investigations, and build a clearer understanding of your presentation.
This consultation lays the foundation for Step 2 – your in-person examination.
We do the thinking first, so when you arrive at the clinic, we can focus on the doing.
Your First Appointment.
Your first appointment is a 30-minute online consultation via Zoom designed to provide clarity and direction before your in-person examination.
By the end of the consultation you will have a clearer understanding of:
✅ Is Our Approach Right for You?
Whether we believe your presentation is something we can help with.
✅ Your Examination Plan
The key areas we recommend for assessment during your in-person examination.
✅ Further Investigations
Whether additional information or imaging may be helpful before your examination.
✅ Your Next Step
We will guide you on the most appropriate pathway moving forward and, where appropriate, assist with scheduling your in-person examination.
Have past scans? If you have digital access to previous imaging, you’re welcome to send it through before your consultation so we can review it beforehand.

New Patient Consultation Policy
Pre-payment
💠 To reserve your dedicated 30-minute consultation, the $75 fee is processed at the time of booking. Because this time is set aside exclusively for you, this fee secures your appointment.
Rescheduling / Cancellation
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to change your appointment time, we ask for at least 24 hours notice so we can offer the time slot to another patient.
💠 Appointments can be rescheduled once, provided 24 hours notice is given.
💠 To respect our preparation time, cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours notice mean the booking fee cannot be refunded or transferred.
Missed Appointment (no-show)
💠 Non-attendance without prior notice prevents us from helping someone else and will result in the loss of your booking fee.
Intake Form
💠 We want to be well-prepared, by reviewing your intake form and digital imaging before connecting on Zoom. To give us the necessary time to prepare for your session, please ensure your online intake form is submitted at least 48 hours prior to your consultation.
