Your time is valuable, and we are committed to providing the highest quality care. We also understand that unexpected events happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are running late or need to reschedule/cancel.

Cancellation / Rescheduling

💠 We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling
💠 Less than 24 hours notice will incur a $50 fee

Missed Appointment (No-Show)

💠 A missed appointment is when a patient does not provide notice of non-attendance
💠 The full consultation fee will be charge for a missed appointment, as the time has been reserved exclusively for you
💠 Repeated missed appointments may require prepayment for future bookings 

Late Arrival

💠 Late arrival up to 10 mins will shorten the appointment. The full consultation fee will still apply.
💠 At 10+ minutes late, the appointment will be considered a no-show and may be rescheduled. The full consultation fee will still apply.

As an outcome-based practice, effective & appropriate treatment may not always require the full allocation of booking time. Treatment will be provided based on the clinical judgement of your practitioner, with your best interests in-mind.
